PRIOR to class, please do the following:
Go to winlink.org
Sign up for an Winlink account if you don't already have one! If you haven't used it in a while make sure you can log into your Winlink account!
Install Winlink Express to your computer!
Hook the radio to the computer you just installed Winlink on. This step varies based on your radio! SignaLinks and Cat Control, or data cables will be required. Best place to find out how to hook your radio up is via Google/Youtube!
We will help you setup your radio to it as best we can, but prior to class, feel free to look up how to get radio control working with VARA HF, as this will be how you will send a winlink over HF!
