W2WCR is now using VolunteerHam for time logging! Sign up is simple - 

New Users:

Anyone registering for VolunteerHam for the first time will now see Warren County Radio Club Inc. (NY) listed as an organization option during the registration process.

Existing VolunteerHam Users:

Members who already have a VolunteerHam account can request to join Warren County Radio Club Inc. (NY) by going to My Profile → Manage Your Organizations and submitting a join request.

Once submitted, you’ll receive an email notification to review and approve their request.

What is Volunteer Time Logging?

Volunteer Time Logging is used to track volunteer time for W2WCR Warren County Radio Club members and other Hams in and around the Warren County, NY area who participate in ARES, RACES, SKYWARN, Red Cross, LASAR, etc.

This time is used to submit monthly (ARES Forms 2 and ARES Forms 4) and annual (ARES Form 3) activity reports to ARES/ARRL for the purposes of establishing and maintaining MOUs/MOAs with served agencies (Red Cross, FEMA, DHS, etc.) and to lobby the FCC to maintain or even expand Ham privileges on the RF spectrum.

You do not need to be a W2WCR member to log volunteer time in this system.
